I‘d love to have a custom wedding package created by you – how far in advance should I book in?
I ask that you allow an absolute minimum notice of 3 months for wedding packages, for smaller items I ask that you give me at least six weeks notice. If you require your products in a shorter time, I may be able to cater for this, dependant on how many custom orders I am working on at the time. I often have bride’s order their wedding packages 6-9 months before their wedding date. This ensures their wedding package is booked in to be made (and gives you peace of mind that you don’t have to worry about it anymore!)
I’ve never had a custom wedding/events package made for me before. What’s involved in the process?
I offer a complementary no-obligation consultation to discuss your ideas for a Paper Vintage Love wedding package. If you are unavailable to meet in person, communication via email or phone is fine! I ask that you bring some ideas with you, such as colour scheme, scheduled date of wedding and an idea of what accessories you would like to be included in your wedding package, such as:
- Bridal, bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets
- Buttonholes and corsages
- Other decorations: garland, rose stems, centrepieces or kissing balls.
After our consultation I will give you a quote for your wedding package (and shipping price if applicable). If you choose to have your unique wedding package created by Paper Vintage Love, full payment or a non-refundable 20% deposit is requested. Payment plans are also available after a 20% deposit.
I don’t live in Brisbane, but would still love a custom Paper Vintage Love Package. Is this possible?
Yes, of course! A custom Paper Vintage Love package can be created through consultation on the phone or via email. I ship nation-wide, however prices will vary depending on your location and size of your wedding package.
I really love the design of your wedding bouquets and accessories, but I would like to change a couple of things to match our wedding theme. Is this possible?
In most cases, yes! Share your ideas with me and I will be able to let you know if they are possible 🙂
Do you only make bouquets that have music sheets or book pages?
I can also create bouquets and other wedding accessories that don’t include music sheets or book pages. If you would like to have a wedding accessories that are made just with colours, I would love to make this for you!
I’d like to have a bouquet that is a mix of fresh flowers and paper flowers, is it possible to just buy paper flower stems off you?
Of course! Many clients have purchased PVL flower stems to include in a mixed bouquet with fresh or fabric flowers. You’re more than welcome to purchase stems and construct your bouquet to your liking. Contact Paper Vintage Love with your custom order so a quote can be provided.
I post my shop items through Australia Post, Mailman or Courier. All items have tracking (excluding international orders). Please refer to the expected shipping date for when your purchase will be on it’s way to you!
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchased items, please contact me within 1 WEEK of receiving your item/s. Refunds will not be given for change of mind. If your purchase arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item. Refunds/replacements may be arranged if I’m contacted within the week of you receiving your item.
